1. Eligibility for Returns:
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, only unopened and unused cosmetic items in their original packaging may be returned. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns on:
– Opened or used products
– Items marked as final sale or clearance
– Gift cards
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
– Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
– Include photos of the product and packaging.
– We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
4. Return Process:

5. Refunds:
– Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 7_10 business days after we receive the returned item.
– Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
